Ages ago I found a website where you could generate text that would be placed on a sign, held by a woman of negligible-covering.

I'm trying to find the website again but my efforts have been fruitless.
Here's an example of the image generated...NSFW (Be patient - its coming from my puny 56k connection!)

Does anyone know the website in question?
