ANOUNCEMENT: The B3ta/Viz Photo Shoot
Hi folks.
This Friday, in the afternoon before the B3ta Halloween Party, we’ll be doing a photo shoot for a photo story like what those that appear in Viz. The images themselves will be submitted to B3ta board over time for necessary alterations, but what we really need help with at the moment is this shoot. So, if you have time on Friday and would like to help in any way, please feel free to get in touch:

Right now I’m armed with a digital camera that can take 112 high-res images (it has a 32MB CompactFlash card in the guts). What would be helpful, however, is:
1. A backup camera
2. A spare CompactFlash card or two
We have our star (Spacefish) ready to roll, but we may need a few extras and stand-ins from time to time. Extras would end up appearing in Viz (hopefully), so will have to sign a release form or Viz won’t be able to publish the images they appear in. Stand-ins will only be used for shape/reference/prop-holding (kittens, meerkats etc. will be photoshopped in your place) so you can stay nice and anonymous if you wish - and won’t have to sign anything.
We also need an assistant director. This role primarily involves carrying equipment bags and keeping half an eye out for Underground staff, police and the like.
Finally, we need access to a residence – preferably near Tottenham Court Road or Kentish Town – in which to do some of the shots. If anybody can help with this, it is currently our greatest need.
Cheers all. I hope to see you at the shoot. We’ll be meeting at Waterloo at approximately 2:30pm, but the shoot will probably go on for most of the afternoon.
Those who are interested can read the script here:

The gap between the wrap and the B3ta party (if indeed there is a gap) will probably be spent drinking beer somewhere. First round is on me.
PS - Those wanting more details about the hows, whats and wherefores should check this thread:

But fair
Viz isn't funny, either.
At least, not as funny as it used to be...
