that's about 4 times too big.
the board has a 250 KB size limit. There some good optomization guides kicking around, I suggest you check em out.

If I may reply to my own post...
..how come the swf file it comes from is 90kB, whilst the gif is mahoosive.. Clicky for Pigswuff

Recommened course of action
is to export from flash as a movie, and import that into imageready, and save result as a gif.
-actually that was the answer to the wrong question. It is massive because flash is smart enough to save one copy of the background and one copy of the pig and move the position of the pig over the background, whereas a gif has to save every frame. But I'll shut up now because for some reason posting to the board has become incredibly slow all of a sudden.
