he he , mainly to help those less fortunate than ourselves
those without broadband - those who have VERY heavy restrictions on bandwitdh etc, every time large filesizes crop up and get refreshed,
it basically bends over the internet bandwidth and takes it hard from behind.
smaller filesizes help reduce this, ensuring peace, and loving harmony on teh board

you'd be suprised how many on here still have dial up - and quite alrge number of b/band users
have 1 - 2gb a month transfer limits, which aint a lot
