[challenge entry] No. 1 Make the flag a real Union Flag

I think it looks much better and I'm not even Welsh!
I painstakingly clone-brushed the whole lot so a few comments would be nice :)

Just researched and found that Wales was legally part of England for the previous 50 years, after being annexed, and thus wasn't deemed fit for such recognition.

I think they're happier in Walesland about it anyway. ;-)
