[challenge entry] I'm about to be flamed...
I lashed together a crappy icon to try and ward off the flames while I ask this:

A few days ago someone posted a vector of part of a girl's face. She had red hair, green eyes (well, one anyway) and interesting lighting. It's been sat on my desktop for days and I have come to admire it greatly.

1) does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
2) do you recall who posted it? was it you?
3) ...
4) profit.

Basically I want to know more about the person who made it and their other stuff. And the girl, cos I is a perv, innit.
