In fact, white women shouldn't be allowed to be bald, unless they're Sinead O Connor. It never looks right.

I think it's that most white women aren't striking enough to carry it off.
Grace jones would look good with a shavedy head.
Edit- I'm being quite racialist, aren't I? It's true though- black ladies shave their head and most of the time look absolutely glorious. White women do it and we look like we should be wandering around in a gown with a drip.
