# it's hard to say why it's gone funny
Your original cut out maybe wasn't as clean as it looked.
What are the original sources, and did you put them together in Animation shop or did you do the frames before hand then incorporate them.

# nicked offf the interweb
And then cut up by me. All put together using layers and stuff in PSP6 and then flattened, saved and imported to AnimShop. Used mad purple colour as transparency colour.

All looked good until AnimShop "optimised" it. Gah!

# maybe Slim has a point
while I have made many varied mash up mistakes with Animation shop, I've not made that one, so I can't think of a good reason.

# You've made the background colour
transparent, but it is also in parts of your pic.
An easy way to make sure this doesn't happen is to change your background colour to a colour that definitely isn't in the pic - e.g. bright pink.

# it asks you about that
if you run the animation wizard to make it.
just do the oposite to what you was doing.

erm, thats no help at all really!

surrey.
