it's fucking worse than last weeks bush/glitter/huntley/barrymore fest

at least then all the same crap jokes were generally quite different picture. but this whole thing is the same fucking 5 source pictures and the same fucking jokes.
but obviously the effort going int othe stuff and the pictures themselves are top, i'm just stick of a board of fucking pylons !

instead of using the same source picture.

i think give it three days and it'll be a decent enough compo because the obvious stuff will be done and only the decent will still come along. of course, tuesday will be hell.

it's not that anyones pictures are shit or the jokes aint funny

but the same joke 3 times with like one post between the lot is pretty painfull.
lets hope it picks up.

totally agree

i'm hoping that by tomorrow the obvious things have gone and it's sunk into everyone's heads. then the only entries will be decent and the board will be back to normal.

(normal = monday evenings when the challenge is dying out and the flood of pointless posts without pictures hasn't started)

its not the pylons or the choice of challenge's fault

its the people not spending 2 seconds to see what other people had done or bothering to put in some effort.

but in fairness earlier on at times things were moving pretty quickly

and of ocurse the pages of pylon pics are gonna pile up.
it's a difficult one.
the pictures are great, but a whole week of it.
we'll see, i hope i am proved very wrong.

people complain every week irrespective of the subject matter

the image challenge should be moved to its own page i.e. /challenge

that way those who want to look at hundreds of the same image can and those who don't can find something else to complain about :)

i don't mean to complain but you know anything different that comes up is getting bumped down to the bottom so quickly

so really noone has fuck all chance regardless of what the picture is of because of the speed of new posts.

it wasn't a big moan, its just people are being lazy and not checking like you say, or posting hundreds of new threads. i think there's some real scope here as long as it original stuff.
