Not sleeping due to worrying about money-house-work-death
That kind of thing, you know.
Oh, and apparently, when I do sleep I snore and that's my bloody fault

Oh, the snoring thing...
How does that work, exactly?
My suggestion for a cure: couple of stiff Armagnacs 'afore ye head off to bed.
Works a treat.

Booze seems to exacerbate it unfortunately
Oh well, a report out this week says I'm causing him to have high blood pressure.

I can help there.
There's a spray you can get from Boots and places called 'Stop Snoring Spray' (excellent name). It's quite expensive, but it really works for manwife. If you have a nasal sniffy thing as well that'll make it even better.

Thanks Fae, but I've tried that to no avail.
I have, in the past, been trained to respond to a word or a nudge(wink) and roll over and stop.
That seems to have stopped working. Surgery may be needed.

perhaps a bit of exercise?
I got fat when I was younger, and started snoring like a drain, lost lots of weight, stopped snoring, put a little back on, started snoring again... I'm seeing a pattern developing.

IMO men should snore.
I get a bit confused when they don't. They should snore and be hairy.
(also scream when they see fire and beat pteranodons over the head with clubs)

I don't think I snore, and I'm pretty happy with that.
I've got the hairy thing sorted though.

I've just heard it's a possibility
I think some snoring is causes by extra fat in the throat that vibrates, but isn't normally there if someone is within a certain range of their correct weight. Don't know any details though. I would sort out my snoring, but I don't care about anyone enough to allow them a night's sleep.

kick the horoscopes as well
and realise that you have complete control over your future.
That'll be 200 quid please, I think you'll find it very competitive as far as medical and mental advisors go.

I find you offensive all the time.
How dare somebody be so topical. Down with this sort of thing.
Edit: obviously I'm joking, and being quite complimentary due to your topical nature, which beats everyone elses. It's like comedy news, your posts.

afferent and efferent nerves can be affected by stroke
although, for a stroke to cause damage in sensory and motor cortices, it would have to be pretty major and unlikely to be survivable... I would have thought.
