# Not sleeping due to worrying about money-house-work-death
That kind of thing, you know.
Oh, and apparently, when I do sleep I snore and that's my bloody fault
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:23, archived)
# Oh, the snoring thing...
How does that work, exactly?

My suggestion for a cure: couple of stiff Armagnacs 'afore ye head off to bed.

Works a treat.
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:28, archived)
# Booze seems to exacerbate it unfortunately
Oh well, a report out this week says I'm causing him to have high blood pressure.
The house will be mine, all mine I tell you!
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:32, archived)
# I can help there.
There's a spray you can get from Boots and places called 'Stop Snoring Spray' (excellent name). It's quite expensive, but it really works for manwife. If you have a nasal sniffy thing as well that'll make it even better.
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:28, archived)
# Thanks Fae, but I've tried that to no avail.
I have, in the past, been trained to respond to a word or a nudge(wink) and roll over and stop.
That seems to have stopped working. Surgery may be needed.

# perhaps a bit of exercise?
I got fat when I was younger, and started snoring like a drain, lost lots of weight, stopped snoring, put a little back on, started snoring again... I'm seeing a pattern developing.
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:36, archived)
# IMO men should snore.
I get a bit confused when they don't. They should snore and be hairy.

(also scream when they see fire and beat pteranodons over the head with clubs)
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:37, archived)
# I don't think I snore, and I'm pretty happy with that.
I've got the hairy thing sorted though.
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:38, archived)
# Well that's good then.

# hmmm
Lost 10 kilos last year and gained 3 back since stopping gym.
Balls. I'll go again next week. Ta.
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:39, archived)
# I've just heard it's a possibility
I think some snoring is causes by extra fat in the throat that vibrates, but isn't normally there if someone is within a certain range of their correct weight. Don't know any details though. I would sort out my snoring, but I don't care about anyone enough to allow them a night's sleep.
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:42, archived)
# They told manwife that
as well.

You'd get a kick if it were me.

# kick the horoscopes as well
and realise that you have complete control over your future.

That'll be 200 quid please, I think you'll find it very competitive as far as medical and mental advisors go.
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:47, archived)
# But they must be right, they predicted something correctly once.
*sigh*
(, Fri 15 Feb 2008, 13:48, archived)
