It's well made, but a touch on the large size.It's typically accepted that still images should be below about 50Kb.
If you use the b3ta hosting (when you click new message, you can switch to image mode and post an image) It will automatically thumbnail pictures of 75Kb and over, and link to the full version. This saves flaming by some members.

right click on the image... still 113kBaaaah, the trick is to click post 'new message' (rather than new image) then click switch to image mode, upload and once it's uploaded, copy and paste the code that is put in your new message. Then you edit your old post to include the new thumb nailed code. And you DON'T post the message that you used to generate the thumbnail.
God I hope that's not too confusing.
