but people don't realise thatthe licence fee is also distributed to itv, c4 and five so don't care. plus they do make more on commercial revenue than BBC worldwide

they seem to have left out the wages for the people who work for tv licencing, and the court fees for taking people to court for not paying (since the £1000 fine goes into the court systems if they do prosecute)
