It still gives me nightmares now.
It's completely unrelenting in its bleakness. I love it but fucking hell. It shits me up as it is, but if I'd have lived around Sheffield at the time I would have lost my fucking mind.

Loved Threads as it was very close to what it might actually be like
extremely scary. I've been down to archives under Sheffield City Council's City Hall known as the "Eggboxes" due it's strange design. The Eggboxes is no longer there although I really hope that the bunker still exists filled with some councillors concreted up under the new offices that are there now...
