Yes, I posted it on Fark years ago, but I figured most b3tans wouldn't have seen it there and might get a laugh out of it, seeing as it fit in with the useless things theme pretty well . :)

This is possibly even marketable
Not necessarily with the ink jets. Maybe a movable type. Would make a great viral marketing system - leaving muddy URL prints in fields and dog poos and things.
