edit: ah ha! I can see why it's so large. You have a number of repeated frames with a minor change, eg all the ones of number 10 that follow each other. if you have one frame which contains the picture and then replace the text over the top your graphic will be a lot smaller. you might want to open mine in gimp to see what i mean.
