This is a link post Ever wanted to know how many people get killed each year in the U.S by the Police and or other goverment agencys?

interesting to note that on this page the deaths of white people exceed deaths of african/american/blacks, but this is knocked back with the section under unknown, where the details of colour race etc havnt been recorded. click on the the graph and it will show more info click on the catogories and they will show more details aswell.

This is a normal post What's most interesting is how many people die in cells after arrest due to police negligence.
Seems if you say you need medical assistance you're just ignored and only taken seriously when it's too late.

I've never really had any problems with the police in the states, they can be overly aggressive though, some seem to enjoy humiliating tourists if they 'step out of line', saw one guy get up on a railing to take a picture, this copper ran over and proceeded to scream at him for about ten minutes, whilst this guy just stood there, looking at him going "K?".

This is a normal post African Americans make up 13.2% of the US population.
77.7% are white, so even if all those 'unknowns' are white it's still not good news if you're a bit swarthy.
