Unfortunately no - The insulation here is able to sustain a fire on it's own
Hence the rockwool comments above.
If anything, because you can light the insulation without an accelerant (that's not the case with the Al, it needs a higher temp) they've made the problem worse by doing this

There was somebody on the telly box the other night testing samples with a lighter.
burned very easily.
Can't believe this was passed as safe to slap onto the side of a building.
