I'm building a collection of 78s for my gramophone, one day I'll have to start digitising stuff. Where did you find this stuff, and if you're recording it yourself, how? I was thinking of a contact mic for my 78s.
PS: what do you think of the idea of pitch correcting some of these wobbly recordings?

I don't even have a gramophone, barely even have a record collection, just a box of 7" singles really
All is sourced from various places on the internet, and from some fairly obscure CDs.
I do plenty of noise reduction in adobe audition, don't think I'll venture into pitch correction as it's hard enough to get the right balance with the noise correction as it is, and I like some of the sounds from warped recording media anyway.
