This is a link post The Mystery Soda Vending Machine
I love this kind of Fortean stuff

"the seemingly ancient machine is well known for dispensing random, sometimes rare, cans of soda- a fact that’s made all the more intriguing when you consider that nobody seems to know who stocks the machine or where it came from."

Apologies for double post but I'm bored and it's late

This is a normal post It's disappeared.
"Where did it go? Capitol Hill’s mystery soda machine disappears" published June 30, 2018

I guess that's even more mysterious.

This is a normal post I have to confess to skepticism about the whole thing
It sounds suspiciously like one the SCP things, it’s be trivially easy to find out who stocks it, and it would only take one person to realise how much those rare unopened cans could sell for.

This is a normal post This. Just set up a fucking time-lapse camera and leave it filming the location for a week.

This is a normal post I think the article alludes to some investigation
But also that they don't really want to know, they like the mystery of it all. Humans, eh?

This is a normal post Surely all a time lapse camera would tell you is it's a person.

This is a normal post Of course it's a person,
Wouldn't prove much, would it? Unless you believe in ghosts or aliens or whatever
