This is a normal post I've now spent an hour reading about Mars...
colonisation ideas, water on Mars, ice caves, lava tubes, nanobacteria and how the solar winds blew away Mars' atmosphere.

It all seems like something out of a film. Very far fetched, in other words. I wonder if it will ever happen though... ~wants to be on a starship like in Star Trek~ =D

This is a normal post I like the idea of the first Astronauts being pioneers.
After all, in 1000 years or so if Human beings are indeed going to be living on Mars, it's all got to start somewhere. Why not now? Like the Pilgrim folks going to the New World for the first time etc etc.

You need these in your life. Three awesome books based around the colonisation of Mars. They're serious tomes so it's quite a time commitment you'll be making, but well worth it.

EDIT Oooops! Few spoilers in the Wikipedia writeup. Wait one.

Slightly spoilery Wikipedia writeup.
