Two bits of feedback for ya:
The pop shield is not stopping you making pop noises into the mic, so lose it or put it where it actually works.
Also, if you can compress the audio track less it will make a big difference. YouTube will knobble that to a certain extent in conversion but there is a fair bit of high-end MP3 hiss that's not there in www.youtube.com/watch?v=83R360U5U6Y for example.
