After the recent image of a black hole
have fourteen and a half minutes of totally counterintuitive headfuck regarding black holes.
Things like, you will never see anything fall into a black hole. Instead, you will 'see' it hover just this side of the event horizon which means that stars that collapse into black holes leave the majority of their mass outside the event horizon. Forever. Nothing can enter a black hole even in an infinite amount of time. The reason it looks to us as though they do is that the light has an infinite redshift, which is also why they look black. And the black hole at the centre of our galaxy has a density similar to water. In fact, some black holes can theoretically have no mass. And they are not even things, or places, or events.

Well that's my brain melted
So I go into a black hole but for someone observing me I do not enter as I am travelling at the speed of light so time is frozen for the observer but I actually go in and live in a different reality? Help me
