Ha. That is a fair assessment. Lovely chord progressions though, which is enough for me.
...and yes, it is: The rest of the album is considerably more song-based.
[edit] Though he is good at songs doing nothing: This is one of my favourite songs ever, which essentially turns up, does the same thing for 3 minutes & then fades :)
