This in a week where the two most powerful political figures in the UK had their legs compared on a national newspaper's front cover and the leader of the opposition was asked on a serious news programme, in the week of brexshit, if he would like to manage Arsenal football club. The guy is a self described comedian who recently performed at the Edinburgh Fringe.
If it's not meant as comic satire why the ridiculous name and conceit of being a real reporter having an unhinged rant?

I have never been to the Fringe but it sounds mostly unfunny...mostly.
Once Scotland leave I can go there on holiday with my new English passport and get my £ changed to Scotties or potatoes or mars bars or whatever it is they will be using when the EU says no yahey.

Not loony, no.
The problem is that the conceit, genuine reporter has rant while camera keeps rolling, suggests humour, but there is none. I can see if you like his politics it could be fun. I got as far as "the NHS is dying, it's taking its final breaths". I know the NHS has serious problems, but when anyone says it's on the verge of total and utter annihilation, you know they're talking complete shit. Polemics without humour can only be enjoyed by those who are having their own prejudices reinforced.
