This is a normal post That was… intense.
For those curious, the city is Luhansk, a long time Russian separatist stronghold in the Donbas.

This is a normal post Surprised they didn't catch fire with the burning metals.
I'm ambivalent about his streams, some good videos, though I don't like the gung ho, kill 'em all attitude. He is in his early twenties I suppose.

This is a normal post I too, am ambivalent.
He does have a conscience, and I am inclined to go along with his ‘it’s horrific, but they’re Russian and they’re in the wrong’ attitude. Most COD fanboys would not even acknowledge the horror but just revel in the carnage. However I don’t feel great about it. Yet they (the Russians) posted it, and shouldn’t be surprised that unsympathetic audiences are entertained by their plight. Plus, it is kind of funny that an occupying force blows up their own ammo depot, thereby inflicting more harm on themselves than the Ukrainians ever had in that region. But it’s all very dark.

This is a normal post He's toned it down recently (possibly after a death on camera).
I like the vids that deal with the practicalities of combat.
He hosted a Ukrainian training video where they converted a mortar round into one for a rocket propelled grenade launcher, using a grinder and axe!

I tend to avoid reports of helpless suffering, it is actually harmful.

This is a normal post I rather suspect those being harmed would very much like it to be reported and not ignored or covered up.

This is a normal post I mean from a general psychological point of view.
Repeatedly watching atrocities when you are helpless to help them, tends to increase anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, substance consumption etc.

I'm not saying ignore it, there are people who want to sort out the situation in one way or another and are better prepared. By the time we bump into it on a stream it is probably old news.

I reckon the COD players just see it as a game/movie and don't think about it or are so desensitised that it just washes over.

This is a normal post I still can’t get over how bad the Russian army has been. They make US invasions look good.
