This is a link post Remastering 'Radar Love' by The Golden Earring I made this!
So, somehow I got hold of the original tracks (or 'stems') for 'Radar Love' by the Golden Earring, and thought I'd try my hand at remastering. Here's the original, iconic, intro followed by my remaster (at around 0:20 in).

I've been trying to persuade my band to cover this and they don't like it. I think it's a great tune.

Perhaps a tad bit overplayed, but you can't deny the musical brilliance of the piece (and the drumming is very good - something I only just noticed when remastering it)
