The voice sounds just like West's Stimpy, Professor Farnsworth, Announcer voice etc.

But it doesn't really matter because he's ace.

Edit: Was thinking about Ren & Stimpy, and then a song by Peter Green/Fleetwood Mac came on shuffle called "Long Grey Mare". The intro to this song sounds remarkably like the R&S theme tune...

One of the hardest parts of being a voice actor who has to be as versitile as Billy West is how you deal with the voices that don't really matter. You need to save up your best ideas for reoccuring characters.

I was listening to some Daws Butler interview where he was talking about that.
