This is a question Cars

"Here in my car", said 80s pop hero Gary Numan, "I feel safest of all". He obviously never shared the same stretch of road as me, then. Automotive tales of mirth and woe, please.

4 wheels move the body. 2 wheels move the soul.

That is all.

they move the soul straight into the A&E department
and subsequently the afterlife

but at least they keep the transplant freezers well stocked with organs

Touch wood, I've managed
to not yet break a single bone, let alone come close to killing myself.
After a quick add-up, I've lost umpteen times the amount of skin to pushbiking than motorbiking.
Very sadly, the majority of the bruises associated with biking have occurred with spanner firmly gripped in hand, too :(
I ride like a 70-year-old (apparently), wear hi-vis and body-armour, assume that if anyone's actually seen me it's just to take aim with their 4x4, spent a silly amount on a helmet on the basis of crash-tests, etc etc.
Still great fun, certainly different to driving, and everyone physically capable should only be allowed a car license after a stint on 2 wheels to learn about physics in relation to motor vehicles.
Just not something I do for any kind of adrenaline-rush, I suspect unlike your organ-donors...

Which ones, though - front or rear?

Left.
Always the left in the UK.
It helps clear any oncoming swervers.

Last year,
courtesy of a fucking blind farmer in a pick-up, they landed me a stay in hospital, and a lump on my hip that may take two years to disappear.
I've given up bikes.
I now have a Caterham - it's a fucking bike on 4 wheels!
