Blood pressure. My previous job was full of ignorant people. I overheard two coworkers in the break room talking about high blood pressure. As I walked by I told them doctors don't recommend it, but I just cut myself to let some pressure out. One guy started laughing as the other said in a serious tone "You can do that?". The whole break room fell silent waiting for him to laugh or show signs that he was joking. Some people just need to stay in school.
