Mortgage fallen by £650 pcm?Hmm. Let's think about that. You're on £35k pa plus £2k bonus. £37k pa. Sensible lending is 3.5 times gross salary. £130k. Monthly interest on that at 5% is £540.
If your mortgage has been able to fall by £650 you have therefore borrowed a ridiculous amount or your mortgage company is Big Jerry's Croxteth Mortgages and Kneecaps Inc.
