This is a question B3TA fixes the world

Moon Monkey says: Turn into Jeremy Clarkson for a moment, and tell us about the things that are so obviously wrong with the world, and how they should be fixed. Extra points for ludicrous over-simplification, blatant mis-representation, and humourous knob-gags.

The legal right
to push any cyclist (aged 11+ or not accompanying such) who sounds their bell at people whilst on the pavement, into traffic. If there's a cycle lane they should have been using, you're allowed to then spit/urinate on their mangled body.

And for christ's sake, if you've got a group of children with you on bikes, scooters, skates etc. form a single-file line! Then nobody has to jump into a bush to avoiding being crushed by your clan.

Speaking as a cyclist I wholeheartedly endorse this.

I have come very close to pushing cyclists into traffic before.
For riding at people on the pavement and expecting them to move.
You're illegally in charge of a vehicle on the pavement -- have some manners or fucking die.

just for reference...
www.bikehub.co.uk/featured-articles/cycling-and-the-law/

There is no legal right for anyone, children included, to ride a bicycle or any other vehicle on a footpath - in fact, it's illegal. Police and Councils will often allow children under 11 to ride on a footpath in a responsible manner, but even then it is just a case of looking the other way.

So, in fairness, if you "bump into" a cyclist and then end up on their backside, they are *always* going to be in the wrong in the eyes of the law...

Also as a cyclist
Agreed! In the UK of course..

Here is Norway they prefer it that you use the pavements if there is no cycle path. But the rule is that pedestrians have the right of way. I always try to be a considerate cyclist, it really winds me up that there are dickbag cyclists out there giving me a bad name! (that and of course the dickbag drivers out there giving considerate drivers a bad name.. six of one, half a dozen of the other?)
