How advanced Israel's weaponry is compared to the Palestinians. It's like hitting back against peashooters with an Uzi.

Peashooters with a 30mile range and packed with sophisticated high explosives.
It's really a stupid argument to say the weaponry is not as advanced so it can't do any damage.

I'm not saying that.
But yeah, the analogy was bad. What I meant is that Israel are using disproportionate force, just as they did last time around. Plus, credible reports of white phosphorus being used, which is, as I understand it, prohibited.

I don't think that Israel have much of a moral dilemma in shooting at the people organising and funding this sort of prolonged campaign.

'Dilemma' would imply two choices.
And we all know how trigger happy they are. I think trilemma is more apt- negotiation, surgical strikes or carpet bombing military and civilian targets.

Wonder which one they'll choose?
