I was working in Sweden for a few months
I had to do the course before they'd let me drive the company pool cars - otherwise I wouldn't have been insured. Sensible* idea I thought.

well, they can't all be a mad as the few I've met appear, or the country would disintegrate.
although, vcom to think of it the one's I've known were very good at their jobs, mad as a box of frogs but very competent.

I think the madness comes from having to be sensible most of the time
Kind of a rebound thing. Spend too much time being sensible and the madness increases exponentially.
