Some people here have eaten the game casserole I make. I will leave it to them to comment on how good or not it is.

Yep. I use a mix of partridge and pheasant for that recipe. Also love cooking & eating rabbit, venison, pigeon etc.
Want to try doing jugged hare. I've eaten it, delicious, but never tried to cook it.
