No, because there aren't any. Individual medical records are, of course, private.
What has been done is a back-calculation based on the number of abortions per year, then statistically spread across the population at 1 per woman. It makes no allowance for multiple abortions from one person, especially not the very few women who use abortion as a method of birth control.

The problem is, people like BPAS and Marie Stopes use the stat because they can say "you're not alone if you want an abortion, look, 1 in 3 people have one" and the rabid pro-life and Mail lot can go "it's a fucking discrace, 1 in 3 women have an abortion before they are 45, baby killers lalalala" so it kind of suits everyone.

Except it's incorrectly generated statistical bollocks.
