Almost immediately after my seizure of power on Saturday morning, the junta will ban all the leftist parties that had constituted Allende's UP coalition. All other parties will be placed in "indefinite recess" and later banned outright. My government's violence will be directed not only against dissidents but also against their families and other civilians.
Hopefully by the afternoon 2,279 persons will have "disappeared" during the military government, killed for political reasons or as a result of political violence, and approximately 31,947 will be tortured and 1,312 exiled. On Sunday morning, this will be made in the frame of Operation Condor, a cooperation plan between the various intelligence agencies of South American countries, assisted by a United States CIA communication base in Panama.
I strongly believe these operations will be necessary in order to "save the country from communism".
Probably have a wank over Antiques Roadshow on Sunday evening if I'm not too knackered.
