IE: Make a text file called "offtopic.css" with this content:

save it in My Documents, go to Internet Options - General - Accesibility - Format documents with my style sheet, browse to the offtopic.css file, ok ok ok ok

Opera: make the offtopic.css file as for IE, go to Tools - Preferences - Advanced - Content - Style Options, browse to offtopic.css, ok ok ok ok
