Some things it's worth boiling in water first. Ribs are one of them. Means you can have the BBQ on a fierce heat and get good caramelisation more easily, and they don't dry out.

boil them first. Stops them drying out. Boil them in a big pan of water for 30mins to an hour, cool them, marinade them, BBQ.

So far this morning I've had a project meeting where I mentioned a piece of analysis work I've been asked to do and it turns out the asker is attempting to sneak some work into someone else's queue and I should tell them to fuck off. And then get back to my desk and read my emails to find that further investigation means I don't have to do another thing I was tasked for. I haven't done anything yet and I'm already having a really productive day.

Actually, the only car that I've ever really particularly desperately wanted to own
is the 2000 vintage TVR Tuscan.

Which is convenient as that's actually affordable. It's just a shame I can't put a child seat in it.

I'm not that arsed by supercars; I mean I wouldn't say no, but I wouldn't go out of my way to own one unless I was seriously loaded.
