I honestly don't remember
I don't think I got a fixed allowance. Just money when I needed.
I had to do housework etc.

He got me a job at the inland revenue when I left school and I was introduced to Flexi-Time. I used that to go shopping and fucked the job off, went back to 6th form.

I reckon I did well out of the "But.... I want it noooow" too.
But it was good to learn 'bout money, even though it's an abstract concept to me now.... I just see something and if it won't earn me scorn from people, I buy it.

I moved to Android (Galaxy S4) as I was due an upgrade, and because I have a 'refresh' contract, I can upgrade the phone itself when I want.
I'm not 100% convinced by android, I've found some stuff to make it look cool though (http://www.homepackbuzz.com/homepack/list & mycolorscreen.com )

There's talk that the #6 will have a big screen, just under the 5" mark, which would get me to go back.

i might ditch the iphone and move to something else, I want a tablet as well, but I'm not forking out for a ipad

I think i'm going to stick to iOS for Tablet use.
Sounds stupid, but a 'min' and 'proper' size ones both are really useful in their own ways... so I'm looking to get a new iPad Mini whenever they launch it, there's talk of it being announced in a big event on the 15th, but the Mini might not feature because they can't get the screens, in the price/quanties needed, in the manufacturing chain.

"Money puts a roof over your head, food in your belly and keeps you warm.
If you have any leftover after that then more power to you"

I had a very working class upbringing. I remember not always having the latest Nikes and being a complete shit about it.

fuck that, 2-3 foriegn holidays a year
nice car, meals out etc...that's the problem with the "working" class, no ambition

Class isn't just money. Actually the whole class thing is bollocks.

(, Tue 8 Oct 2013, 14:22, Reply)
it's not though is it?
A nice middle class and successful person is a better person than a dole scum scouse prick from Toxteth

Sos I meant the classifications, a scaffolder is a "lower" class than a vicar but prolly earns more.

(, Tue 8 Oct 2013, 14:25, Reply)

Oh HO!

(, Tue 8 Oct 2013, 14:28, Reply)
I never quite got how it related to what you have, more like what you do.
Like, the whole point of "the working class", in my books, was a derogative term for those who had to work rather than live souly off family-estates.
