I'm moving offices today. It's the slowest and longest process in my whole life.
Im also meeting the In laws this Saturday after seeing my man's play.

Are your parents cool with your sexuality? I've a friend whose dad is clearly uncomfortable with the whole thing but tries his best to be supportive.

My job starts next week, so far this week all I've done is fix bits of the house, new shower, new bath, new toilet door, put a socket down in the new shed.

My Dad was a bit off at first but what choice do they have
I don;t really involve them with it. He's cool now though now he knows I haven't turned into Dale Winton.

I never paid for one drink last year.
Meal was paid for, drinks in all bars and a private part of a club with a free bar. Nice.

Thence to the living area with the fire on, and a tipple of choice. One of us might switch the oven on.

Christmas Day
Get up at 7am, open token stocking presents, go to charity kitchen, get blisters from running around so much, come home, have one glass of bubbly and fall asleep in front of Raiders. BOSH.

Best one ever: Wandered round churches and other sights of saint petersburg, many hours in the Winter Palace, got lost in beautiful snow, ballet in the evening, followed by going out drinking with australians. Also saw the most russian person ever at 4am walking through the city - he had the hat, coat and a massive bottle of vodka
