but you just criticised SBT for that
"I'm incapable of adjusting my diet for a few days"

there's a very important difference here and you understand it full well

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 12:50, Reply)
yes
the difference is that you expect him to change his diet, and mock him for not wishing to do so - but you wouldn't do the same.

just because you perceive vegan food as palatable and meat as non-palatable does not make you less of a hypocrite on this point. sorry to be the bearer, babygrl.

no, you've missed the point here babes, have a wee think about it and come back when you aren't trollin', yeah?

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 12:53, Reply)
nope
it's you that has missed the point here. you are basically saying that your principles make it ok for you to do something that you mocked someone else for doing.

what you are really saying is: if you eat meat, you should be fine with an enforced vegetarian diet when a guest because polite. but if you don't eat meat, other rules apply. but your principles about meat are only your principles. they aren't universal. so either he's rude and you're just as rude, or you're not rude... and nor is he.

nope, wrong again sweetheart!

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 12:56, Reply)
or was the point that nobody would ever have you to stay?
because we all know this is the case.
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 12:56, Reply)
nope, not that one either!

^ friendless hypocrite ^
although that is hardly breaking news
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 12:58, Reply)
how's chompy doing?

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 13:00, Reply)
eating meat so as to fit in with my host would make me a hypocrite
Asking someone to not consume or eat meat in my home, while offering veggie meals does not involve hypocrisy of any sort.

Perhaps he is the best troll after all

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 13:04, Reply)
he's a better troll than Gill

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 13:05, Reply)
Stand on a chair and the point might not sail over your head
It is criticising/mocking SBT for doing the same as you would do that makes you a hypocrite. You should be saying, meh, I'd be the same in a meat eater's house. It's not one rule for you and another for everyone else, you know.
