Random Filmy Question
Just came to me today how cool it would be if Mars Attacks! had been directed by David Lynch instead of Tim Burton.
If you could take a film and have it remade by any other director, what film and what director? And maybe even why?

I really like the animation effects in Pans Labyrinth (and also seemingly Hellboy 2??).
Really freaking scary. Like in Pans Labyrinth the guy with the eyes in his palms. Fucking hell thats scary.
Som on that note I wouldn't mind seeing some other horrors using that. Maybe remake Aliens or something (though that would be heresy)
