Since you asked...
1. Pulp the apples (using a blender or similar)
2. Wrap the pulp in cheesecloth
3. Press the wrapped pulp (a couple of large chopping boards and g-clamps is OK for this)
4. Pour the pressed juice into a small keg (and make sure you fill it to the top)
5. Add a little (only a little) cider yeast and leave the bung on the top of the keg open
6. Wait several weeks until the frothing has gone down, then put the bung back in.
7. Leave in a cool place for 6 months to a year.

Enjoy...

EDIT: Well, when I say 'Enjoy' I mean more 'Get royally shitfaced'. This was the result of our university cider experiment.
