As I'm something of a techno mong at times.
A friend has designed our wedding invitations for us. However, she didn't have time to get the pic for the front printed before she went to New York on Thursday, and so sent it through, ready formatted for printing, as a publisher file so we could print it off and plonk on the front of the invites.
Trouble is, we don't have publisher and so I'm unable to open the file. And I've rang different printers in the area, and they don't appear to be able to work with publisher files either.
Is there any way I can convert it to a Jpeg or something?

I would think send it to someone with Publisher, and get them to do some sort of saving it in a different format.
Unless that's what Sam suggested.
