This is a question Waste of money

I once paid a small fortune to a solicitor in a legal case. She got lost on the way to court, turned up late with the wrong papers and started an argument with the judge, who told her to "shut up, for the love of God". A stunning investment.

Thanks to golddust for the suggestion

MASSIVE freeview setup
so that I could watch the channels from my planet of origin..

about 700e for the gear another 300e on setup.. only to find that..

it doesn't work.. cause it's shit..

well it works but I cant watch the channels I want to cause they're not freeview when they're obtained through sat..only over cable apparently.

So yeah now I have a massive dish sitting on the side of the house that I'll never use. right next to it is the sky dish.. which then in turn costs me about a gazzillion squids on a monthly basis and shows me nothing but repeats, ads and repeats of ads..

There's another waste of money..

Sky.. in any way shape or form.. what a pack of wank...

mind you when I didn't have it .. I did miss it..

when I got it it was great for 2 weeks..then I seemed to have watched the lot..

Apologies for rantyness.. but dear god TELLY IS SHIT!

Freeview is the brand name for a group of UK digital terrestrial television channels
So technically you can't watch Freeview channels via satellite *or* cable.

They're referred to as
"free-to-air" channels.

Where are you from originally?
I initially thought Irish, but they use the same sat as sky so no need for another dish.... Mightbe able to help

..
Thanks but no my channels are on a different bird.. cant remember the name just now..

I know it's in the "usals" table, and it probably just takes abit of fiddling.. It's quite possible that with the right softwaresetup I'd even be able to watch it..I'm just not motivated enough..
