The B3TA Detective Agency
Universalpsykopath tugs our coat and says: Tell us about your feats of deduction and the little mysteries you've solved. Alternatively, tell us about the simple, everyday things that mystified you for far too long.

My mate's wife is a godess of guessing film plots
Now, I consider myself quite good at guessing plots, I do need to see a bit of the film before I can start predicting the stories, she just need to see the the actors to correctly guess what is going to happen to them. It can be rather annoying.

I got the twist from The Sixth Sense fairly early on
The bit where he smashes the window where his wife works. I was 12 at the time, so the fact people were banging on about how good the twist was was, and still is, a complete mystery to me. I guess most people are just spasticated. Since then, I just switch off mentally when watching films, which sometimes leads to me missing or simply forgetting major plot points and getting lost. Like in Spawn, for example.
