of animal neglect and/or cruelty at b3ta's favourite charity, the Cat Survival Trust.

He went down the rabbit hole at least 10 years ago and never came back out. There's no climate change, it's all down to the pole shift. Viruses don't exist. Vaccines kill everyone. Everything you need to know about life can be found on RT and David Icke's YouTube channel. Oh, and Brexit is great, obviously.

i did a bit of googling of some spanish language sites from the time
it seems like CST were involved at some lobbying level in the park, but he's probably overstated their role. A collection of NGOs, not just CST, lobbied the argentian government, who then created a protected zone in the form of new provincial park. It wasn't purchased or owned by CST. There's a puff piece on a local news argentinian site about Jahled (moore) visiting the parque that could have been penned by Moore himself. It has him looking like attenborough in jurassic park, and, I shit you not, saying he is known as "The Englishman of the Jungle" (conocido como “el inglés de la selva”). But he doesn't make any claims of ownership or management when talking about the parque, and it's mostly seems to be returning for self-promotion.
You can look up on this boring argentinian dept site about how the parque was created by government acquisition, yet the CST still have on their website that they purchased this land, a falsehood, and I see some members and donors to CST in forums say how they were motivated by this supposed purchase, and they continue to fundraise off this false claim.
So it sounds like he was a bullshitter from early on, but went off the deep end as reality closed in and complaints mounted and he became insolvent. It's hard to know if it was his homeopathy and stated distrust of veterinary medicine or lack of money, that was the reason his many sick cats went untreated. But many suffered and died with treatable illnesses, hence the convictions

I think Moore only ever posted once or twice,
Jahled spammed the CST on here for him. Then HT and riverghost joined in when another forum user died, and the CST became the Official Charity of b3ta and anyone who dared question this new orthodoxy was shouted down.
I don't doubt they all meant well, but fucking hell they didn't know how to vet [pun intended] a charity.
