Barbarossa's law was coined in response to the question "Why is it whenever I come on the board, there is someone failing?"
The answer was "Because there is always someone failing"
It's a tautology, or truism in its purest form.
"Fuck me, it must be Tuesday again."
"Barbarossa's law, dude."
