my noel spaz mix was deleted from youtube
and quite rightly so as it was in breach of copyright!
So to teach others the error of my ways i have posted a link here so you may download and view for yourselves an example of gratuitous copyright theft, and throw rotten vegetables at it.
MODEDIT: Link removed because embedding WMVS fucks up the popular pages and friends lists on a MAC. Please avoid using these filetypes until we resolve this issue.

I'm no expert on copyright
but shouldn't you be able to shout at youtube, as I'm pretty sure your vid would come under fair use?

i dont think we have fair use for parody in the uk yet
i guess youtube have to be a bit trigger-happy about copyright violation as they are technically making money from the ad revenue on the site.
