But it's just a play on words about tourist sounding a bit like it so what's it matter anyway.

I think you worry too much. Image is funny enough I'm sure those with Tourette's would see the funny side. I LOLd at the headline which is funny enough on its own before I'd even scrolled down to see the pun.
